Art by Art Teachers

While elementary art teachers were putting up student art for the “Spring Arts Extravaganza” at Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts last month, we invited the art teachers we saw there to send examples of some of the art that they do on their own.

Wendee Smith, who teaches art at North Hills Elementary, just sent her two pictures of art that she created. One is a portrait of her younger daughter. The other is a mural she created at school.

If any other art teachers would like to send examples of their own art, we would be happy to post those as well.
