After winning the district’s Elementary Battle of the Books, the team from Meadowlark went on to place second in the regional competition.
“Meadowlark's Elementary Battle of the Books team has worked so hard this year!” said Emily Cagle, the media coordinator. “They enthusiastically read and read and read. We are so proud of their efforts and the wonderful sportsmanship that they displayed in practices and competitions!”
