JROTC Rifle Teams from WS/FC High Schools Compete


This past weekend, JROTC rifle teams from Winston-Salem/Forsyth County high schools competed.

“Congratulations to all of the cadets that participated in the rifle event this past weekend held at Mount Tabor High School,” said Lt. Col. Willie McCoy who serves as program director for the school system's JROTC program.  “A special thanks goes out to Mr. Weiss, principal, for allowing us to host this event at his school. Also, I would like to thank Maj. Sugg and Master Sgt. Kearney for their support in this endeavor as well. Coaches you are to be commended for all the caring and directions that you provide to the cadets."
