Treyaun Fulton, a 2012 graduate of Parkland
High School, recently returned from China.
Fulton received the trip to China as part
of the Dean Prim Scholarship, which comes with $1,500 a year for four years. Fulton,
who is going to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill,
plans to double major in pharmacy and business.
Futlon won other scholarships as well. He was one of 1,000
students nationwide chosen as Gates Millennium Scholars for the Class of 2012 and
he also received the Crumley Roberts Chairman's Scholarship, which came with
$1,000 and an iPad.
