Heidi Wicker has been named the Elementary Art
Educator of the Year 2015-16 by the N.C. Art Education Association.
Wicker, who teaches art at Bolton Elementary School,
was recognized at the association’s state conference in Asheville on Nov. 8.
Wicker was Bolton’s 2012-13 Teacher of the Year.
